A high energy, powder based oral nutritional supplement suitable for patients with Cystic Fibrosis. 

Indications:

For the dietary management of:

1. Disease-related malnutrition.
2. Patients with high energy requirements.
3. Malabsorption states or other conditions requiring fortification with a fat/carbohydrate supplement e.g. cystic fibrosis.

Important Notice:

1. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.
2. Not suitable for parenteral use.
3. Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia.
4. Not suitable for patients with cow’s milk protein allergy.
5. Not suitable for infants and children under 3 years of age.
6. Must be used under medical supervision.

Direction for Use:

1. Handle aseptically to ensure product remains sterile.
2. Prepare the drink per serving and use within 2 hours or store in a refrigerator for maximum 24 hr.
3. Always discard unfinished feeds.
4. Usage to be determined by a healthcare professional.

Storage:

1. Store in a cool, dry place.
2. Once opened, a sachet of Scandishake should be used within 2-3 days.
3. Do not refrigerate.
