Indications:

For use in the dietary management of

1. Disease-related malnutrition including patients with cancer, post-trauma, cystic fibrosis, burns, dementia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and diseases requiring a fluid restriction e.g. liver disease, renal disease.
2. Patients with high energy requirements.

Important Notice:

1. Not for parenteral use.
2. Not suitable for patients with galactosemia.
3. Not suitable for patients with cow’s milk protein allergy.
4. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
5. Use with caution in children aged 3-6 years.
6. Not suitable for patients requiring a fibre free diet.
7. Must be used under medical supervision.
8. Monitor fluid intake to ensure adequate hydration status.

Directions for Use:

1. Best served chilled.
2. Shake well before use.
3. Usage to be determined by a health care professional.

Storage:

1. Store in a cool, dry place.
2. Once opened, close the lid and store in the refrigerator.
3. Discard unused content after 24 hours.
