Direction for Use:

1. Shake well before use.
2. Best served chilled.
3. Usage to be determined by a healthcare professional.

Storage:

1. Store in a cool, dry place.
2. Once opened, close the bottle and store in a refrigerator for maximum 24 hours.
3. Discard unused content after 24 hours.
