TouchDRY™ Breathable Absorbent Pads — Advanced Bed Protection

TouchDRY™ Breathable Absorbent Pads represent a new era in breathable bed pads. These white, soft, flat sheets combine a highly absorbent core with a waterproof, breathable underside that prevents fluid from passing through to equipment below while wicking moisture away from the skin.

Designed to manage moisture and support climate control, TouchDRY™ helps preserve skin integrity for patients of all ages, including those with vulnerable or fragile skin during periods of illness.

Moisture Management & Breathability

TouchDRY™ is engineered to preserve the skin microclimate by efficiently managing moisture. Breathability is measured using the Moisture Vapour Transmission Rate (MVTR)—the higher the MVTR, the more breathable the product.

TouchDRY™ demonstrates an MVTR of 425.5 g/m²/24 h at 23°C (ASTM E96-2012), compared with 32.6 and 19.8 for traditional bed pads. This enhanced breathability helps keep patients drier and reduces the risk of moisture-related skin damage.
